Staci is a marketing guru and expert at creating culture shifts in organizations—an invaluable asset in assisting organizations in the implementation of communications programs. She has 20+ years in marketing experience for the banking industry so Staci is very familiar with making a strong business case for every program and strategy she implements. She specializes in organizational leadership; developing and implementing strategic marketing programs to achieve growth goals; curriculum development, teaching, and motivating; and creating programs for culture transitions.

She currently serves on the Board for the Chandler YMCA, is chair of the marketing committee and also plays an active leadership role in the YMCA’s annual fundraising event, the Strong Kids Campaign. 

She holds an MBA and BS in Marketing from Arizona State University.
